This process involved a thorough analysis of the legal and regulatory requirements associated with the IFRS 9 standard, as well as the adaptation of data models and information flows to ensure full compliance. Rules were defined for the correct handling of data in accordance with international guidelines, promoting consistent integration between financial information and reporting processes.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed analysis of existing processes, followed by the redesign and implementation of SAP BW\/4HANA in a Brownfield approach. The focus was on identifying various bottlenecks, reviewing flows, and applying improvements aligned with industry best practices, aiming not only at modernizing data structures but also at optimizing the entire processing chain. During implementation, measures were adopted to improve the performance of reports, ensuring greater agility and reliability in the information provided to support decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Several initiatives were carried out with the aim of expanding and adapting the existing reporting solution in order to effectively meet new business requirements. These initiatives allowed the Analytics services area to be aligned with the evolving needs of the business, ensuring greater flexibility and responsiveness to constantly changing scenarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Challenges:<\/strong> The projects were developed in an environment characterized by high technological complexity, where multiple dependencies coexist, both technical and business-related.
