Project: SAP On-Premise S/4HANA Greenfield Project. Participation in an implementation project covering several strategic areas: Refining and Products, Marketing, Retail (fuel stations), Logistics and Distribution. Parameterization of a highly complex Commodity Pricing system to allow for significant automation in pricing policy definitions. Effort to harmonize all integrations with dozens of satellite systems to SAP.
Challenges: This project involved defining and configuring integrated processes, aligned with best practices in the energy sector, promoting operational efficiency throughout the company’s value chain and supporting decision-making with real-time information.
